Are you a brick and mortar store or on-line only?

We are very proud of the fact that we operate a brick and mortar store and have been doing so for the past 15 years.  We participate in community wide projects and pride ourselves in exceptional customer service.  We believe our on-line store is just an extension of our brick and mortar therefore you will notice our online prices are the same as our instore prices. We feel strongly about supporting online stores that stem from brick and mortar stores. We appreciate your business very much in the store and on line. Be sure to stop in sometime to visit with us should you find yourself in the Palouse region of the state of Washington.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checks and money orders, all in U.S. dollars.

There is a $30.00 service charge for personal checks for NSF.

We do not ship C.O.D.

 

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is assessed on Washington State residents at a rate of 7.8%. The tax shown on the final order page will be posted to the right of the total but is not included in the grand total on that page. Please be aware that the State of Washington requires us to tax shipping charges to Washington residents.

 

How do I know my transactions are secure?

For extra security, we no longer accept credit cards over the web. Please contact us by telephone at 509.334.7544 or 1.800.324.5516 to provide your credit card information and reference your order number. You can call us Mondays through Saturdays 10:00 to 5:00 Pacific time or leave us a message and we'll call you back

 

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% happy with the products ordered from us, therefore

we check each order twice for accuracy and make every effort to describe the items on our on-line catalog so you know  what you are getting.  Please be aware that color of fabric is hard to duplicate on-line so if you are seeking a perfect match, we encourage you to call or e-mail us with any questions regarding the item at:  sales@quiltedheart.com.

 

We offer a 30 calendar-day return policy on items meeting the following requirements:

©      All returns must be in original packaging and in re-sellable condition.

©      Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless it is our error.

©      Returns will be credited in same manner as the item was purchased. 

 

Please, if at all possible,  email us with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your order prior to shipping the item back to us.

1.  Email or call us regarding your return item.

2.  Make a copy of your sales receipt noting reason for return.

3.  Enclose the receipt with the package and mail to:

Shipping Information

©      You will only be charged for the actual shipping costs.

©      We currently ship small packages and envelopes via USPS. 

©      Packages will be sent by US Domestic/Priority Mail based on the fastest delivery time and most economical cost.

©      Generally orders will go out the next business day. 

©      We do not backorder items.  We will notify you via email if the item you requested is out or will be reordered.

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. At no time do we share any information regarding our customers to any individual or business, period, no exceptions, nada, no-way.
